Our Adult family home is ideal for older people or people with disabilities who require help with some of the routines of daily living as well as access to medical care when needed.
Dementia Care
Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging and stressful. But with the right support we provide, it can be rewarding and often satisfying.Our knowledgeable staff members offer long-term dementia care for our residents to receive quality care.
Hospice Care
We provide physical comfort and emotional, social and spiritual support for senior residents nearing the end of life.We ensure our residents maintain the quality of life, remain alert and pain-free, and to receive end-of-life care in a befitting environment.
Post Stroke Care
Our AFH home has the provision of multidisciplinary, coordinated, structured rehabilitation, and appropriate specialist post-stroke health services for our residents.
Disability Care
We provide life-saving and life-transforming care for our residents with disabilities. We provide a holistic approach through a range of critical approaches providing practical help with anything from everyday tasks like housework and bathing, to assistance with complex needs.
Respite Care
Our respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends.
